You are almost unrecognisable in this photo - a testament to your skill as a make-up artist. I could not fault the head if it were a head shot - the hair-styling presents an original and effective frame for your face and the colour contrasts well with the eye make-up and lipstick. The greenish hue of the irises adds that extra dimension. The costume, however, does not match up to that high standard. The ruffle is very good - contrasts with your black hair and your face also has enough tone to stand out against it too. But I think the colour of the green material is not rich enough - maybe this problem could be resolved with less strong lighting. Also the red circle is too light - maybe it could pick up instead on the colour of your make-up. The armour looks very plastic here. I think you need some tinting with a wash (well that's what I would use on a miniature, don't know what would work here on full-scale costume) to bring out the very good relief work - it is a shame not to show it to best effect. Again maybe more subdued lighting would improve its appearance.
Disclosurer - I don't know the character (if any). So I'm not basing my critique on any comparison.
